Sympathy for the Devil

This project is one of the most important bodies of work I’ll ever create. Sympathy for the Devil
is the most appropriate name for a work through which I am determined to accept my own demons, mainly depression and anxiety. I explore deep, dark and very personal topics, from something as small as a moment of sadness to the most existential crisis of suicidal ideation and self-harm. Although there are many dark and negative emotions, on offer here are also moments of real happiness. Depression isn’t always doom and gloom. I’ve created imagery that engages this wild fluctuating mix of emotions.
